The MCT Brattberg RGSFB is a robust, bolted transit frame designed for applications where welding is prohibited or induces unacceptable stress. Optimized for marine, offshore, and industrial installations, this system provides fire, water, gas, and EMI sealing—with the added benefits of on-site pressure testing and bolt-down reliability.

  • Bolted Frame Design: Features a 60 × 10 mm flange with pre-drilled holes, allowing secure bolt-integration where welding cannot be used
  • Complete Kit Supply: Supplied with stainless-steel bolts, nuts, washers, gasket/sealing compound—ready for installation
  • Modular Multi-Cable Support: Can be combined in multiple frames for higher cable density.
  • High Sealing Capacity: Tested for water-tightness up to 6 bar and gas-tightness up to 4 bar under catastrophic conditions
  • Fire & Thermal Resistance: Compliant with A0, A60, H0, H60, H120 classifications.
  • Ingress Protection: Rated IP65–IP68 and NEMA 3R, 4X, 12 sealing.
  • EMC / Ex Options Available: Also available in electrically shielded (E-RGSFB) and Ex-rated variants for hazardous zones
