The E-RGSC System of MCT Brattberg is a heavy-duty cable and pipe sealing solution to achieve heavy load seafaring and offshore conditions at high-risk levels. The system is intended to seal the passage of fire, water, gas, chemicals, electromagnetic interferences (EMI), and electromagnetic pulses (EMP) without affecting critical infrastructure integrity.
EMC & EMP Protection: more than 100 dB shielding efficiency from 10 kHz to 2 GHz, lightning strike, nuclear explosion, and electronic sabotage protection.
Material Choices: steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
Frame Sizes: eight standard frame sizes (1–8), 60.5 ±1 mm or 120.5 ±1 mm internal widths.
Depth Flexibility: frames with depths from 60 mm to 120 mm to suit any installation needs.
Multi Configurations: Facilitates multi-frame installation vertically and horizontally.
Compliance: Meets Mil-Std-285 for electromagnetic interference shielding.
