E-RGSFBO is a bolted, openable version of the RGS transit for retrofitting where cables already exist. Deployed in marine, offshore, submarine, and sensitive-risk industrial applications, this system provides welding-free watertight, fireproof, gas-tight, and EMI sealing with minimum workspace intrusion and maintaining structural integrity.
Framing Design for Opening: Single-side removable frame allows for installation around installed cables—no need to re-route or disrupt live systems.
Bolted Installation Kit: Includes flange, pre-drilled bolt holes, stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers, and gasket/sealing compound for rigid assembly.
Welding-Free Mounting: Designed for use where welding is not allowed or hot working stresses are unacceptable.
Standard Type Approvals: For standard, EMC (E-RGSFBO for EMI screening), and Ex-rated (RGSFBO Ex) design in hazardous classified areas.
High Sealing Performance: Water-tight to 6 bar and gas-tight to 4 bar in worst-case pressure conditions.
Fire & Environmental Ratings: Rated A0, A60, H0, H60, H120 and ingress protection IP65–IP68, NEMA 3R/4X/12.
